Two bottles of Pelican Ranch wine will be shipped quarterly (March, June, September and December). Cost per shipment will not exceed $45 plus shipping, (Add 8% sales tax for California residents). Your wine will be billed automatically to your Mastercard or Visa. Wine cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. An adult signature is required for delivery. If you are away from home during the day, consider using your work address.

Participation begins as soon as your application is received. You may cancel at any time. Just let us know via phone, fax or letter. Pelican Ranch Winery may ship wine to the following states only: AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, IA, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, NE, NM, NV, OR, WA,WI, WY.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. All alcoholic beverages are sold in CA and title passes to the buyer in CA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of CA. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. And in placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom the delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
